Short Let Double Bedroom Aug - 27th Sept
Short let till end of September with possibility to extend!
Due to COVID-19, I am currently not in London and am looking for someone to take my room in this great mansion block flat on Brook Green ASAP. The contract runs till the 27th of September, at which there could be the possibility of renewing with the other flatmates.
You could not ask for a nicer flat for the price and the pictures really do not do it justice. The recently refurbished flat is on the 1st floor of a secure mansion block surrounded by quiet, residential streets and only a 10 minute walk to either Barons Court or Hammersmith tube stations.
The kitchen is open plan with lots of space and storage. A dining table has been added since the photos were taken. The living room is very cosy and gets a lot of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a joining balcony which you can access and a sofa bed. The bathroom is shared with only one other tenant.

The room is surprisingly large with a double bed (ottoman, so great for storage) and chest of drawers either side. On the opposite end there’s a fireplace with a rail added to one of the alcoves. The other could fit a wardrobe or a small desk. The bed and chest of drawers will be staying, everything else i will take with me.
Both young professionals who are very easy-going, fun and always up for a chat and drink, with pubs at either ends of the street.
