We have one sunny double room available in a friendly house share in Raynes Park.

The room (£ 540) is street facing with a 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, and bed side table.

There is toilet and separate shower room, which is shared with the housemates.

Shared kitchen with 2 fridge/freezer, washing machine and ample storage space.

The living room has a relaxing lazy boy, comfy sofa and a dining room table. The lounge doors open onto a large green garden, complete with a patio, fig tree and veggie patch. We also have BBQ, Netflix, Prime Amazon.....

The house is in a lovely residential street with easy access to Raynes Park Station (7 min walk), the A3 (2min drive) and local shops. There is a 24 hour Tesco close by, a Waitrose and a lovely high street with shops and restaurants. There are 3 bus stops within 2mins of the property.

Parking and free street parking available. Garage available for storage and bicycles.

We are three friendly chaps who like to live in a clean and tidy household. We like to have a glass of wine now and then but like a quiet and respectful household during the week.
