The flat is really lovely, over two floors with bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs and good light.

The room available has double bed, desk, wardrobe & shelves and has a private bathroom with a bath. The view is also pretty good from the room, seeing both the city skyline and central London, and it get a lot of the daytime sun.

The flat is spacious with a full kitchen and shared living area that is homely and also great to work from.

Location is brilliant, around 3 mins to Caledonian road underground and even less to the overground. Just over a 10 min walk to granary square and regents canal too!

Neighbours are all really nice too!

Very friendly, polite and considerate.

I do the normal things on a daily basis - work, exercise & cook. Very chilled but often down for an adventure, i'll often spend a Saturday racking up some miles around the city, like finding cool restaurants, enjoy museums & galleries.

I'm very clean and tidy and like to keep the home looking nice and fresh, would like the same from the new tenant too :)

Enjoy being in the kitchen and often like to share and cook for others.

I have my own business so work from home and often a coffeeshop or restaurant which makes being close to Granary Square pretty great.

Looking for somebody who'll enjoy the place and want to make it their own home too... plants, ornaments, 17 cushions... all good haha :)

The landlords are also lovely. although there's rare any issue they're great and helping get it sorted quickly.
