A cosy small bedroom to let - comes with a double bed, chest drawers and built in wardrobe. The flat itself is split level with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and electric shower, separate WC, spacious leaving room with cosy L-shaped couch, kitchen and balcony. There is plenty of storage throughout the flat too that we all use.

The room is available from the 20th of May.

The agent will need to carry out full reference.
With regards to bills, gas is included in the rent and the rest of the bills come to approx £85 p. m. which includes electricity, council tax, water, broadband/tv/phone, and kitty (for common household stuff)

The flat is very well connected with Oval station a few minutes walk away and Kennington station is approx 12 min. Loads of bus going everywhere in the area.

We are 1 Italian girl and 1 Swiss guy, easy going individual that are happy to share some time together having coffee, wine and/ or food whilst respecting each other's privacy/independence too. We are looking for someone whom is relaxed, easy going and especially clean/tidy (we currently take weekly turns cleaning the common areas of the flat and wish to maintain this).
