Hello! We're looking for a fun loving housemate to move in around February.
At the mo we are two gals and one guy between the ages of 26 and 29. I'm a writer and the other two are in property (they're more fun than they sound). We're all v easy going but clean, tidy etc.
The room is a furnished double with a big wardrobe and double bed.
Flat is only 2 years old and v clean with (we like to think) jazzy modern decor and a GREAT roof terrace with amazing views over London.
It's a 5 minute walk away from Burgess Park - great if you're a runner as there's a park run every Saturday. There's a Pure Gym on our road too. Also a handy location for cyclists as we have a private bike store downstairs.
Camberwell has loads of fun pubs and restaurants - and Peckham is about a 15 minute walk away.
Super easy access by bus to Elephant and Castle/ Brixton/
The City and Central London. 15 minute walk to Kennington/ Oval/ Denmark Hill.
