The beautiful private living space is split across the entire two top floors of a five floor house in Camberwell. The entrance is private and hidden from the rest of the house. The living area is perfect to use a lounge, office and studio space with a long work bench, desk chairs, shelves and other furniture can be selected from the rest of the house. The walk through wardrobe has plenty of room which leads through to a large en suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a bathtub, shower and n incredible amount of storage space in the ceiling.

The living area has an open plan staircase leading up to a large converted attic room with plenty of room to fit a kingsize bed, storage units etc. There are eaves along both sides of the bedroom for more storage.

The other flatmates are in bedrooms on the floors below, with a shared bathroom. The rest of the house includes two reception areas - a large living room with three sofa's, tv and working fireplace and a library/office space with cosy chairs, a large, 30ft kitchen with three ovens, and a dining room (with a table tennis table!). There are two outdoor spaces including a garden where we grow lots of fresh herbs and central atrium courtyard with fairy lights, perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings. The house is well looked after by the current flatmates - we're all very fond of having dinners, drinks and music at the weekends, gardening, one of us is a yoga teacher.

The move in date is flexible between 10 June - 10 July so we can work something out with the current flatmate who is leaving and has a flexible leaving date.

The house is a five minute walk to at least 10 great local pubs and shops and ten minutes to transport links via Denmark Hill, Loughborough Junction, and (via 10-min bus / 25 minute walk) Oval and Vauxhall stations
