Double room in huge Victorian terrace

Double bedroom (for single person) available at the end of March/ early April in a large Victorian terrace in Camberwell. Property comprises five bedrooms, a double reception room, and large kitchen/ diner with a fully fitted kitchen, American fridge freezer & dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, large garden and a very large cat.

The house is currently occupied by four young professionals aged between 23 and 32. We enjoy living in a cosy communal atmosphere, baking, sharing meals regularly and walking across leafy South London at the weekends (often in search of nice coffee and/ or more houseplants). Though we enjoy each other's company and living among friends is important to us, we all value alone time and our own spaces too.

The room itself is garden-facing on the top floor, furnished with enough room for a small desk.

Council tax included, other bills come to approximately £50 a month (including gas, electric and a cleaner).

The house is in a great area of Camberwell. The house is a 2 minute walk from a small Sainsburys, a 10-15 minute walk from a large Morrisons and Camberwell High Street. Buses to City and Central London are 2 mins walk away. Denmark Hill train station 10 mins walk away, & Peckham Rye train station is about 10 mins walk away (from both stations it is a 10 minute journey to London Bridge or Victoria). Short walk to Camberwell Green where there are lots more buses, & many great restaurants & bars. There is a Sainsbury's Local a 2 minute walk away, and the house is well served by buses and the overground.
