Bedroom

The flat is a two bedroom recently fully refurbished and with high cleaning standards, a large living room and a very large balcony/terrace.
The flat is split between two floors : living room and kitchen are downstairs, bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor).
There is the possibility of renting a communal bike parking space or, alternatively, a bike can be kept on our very large balcony.
The decorating style is shabby chic and the room I am renting is a child bedroom: some of the decorations are child friendly ( ballerinas, fairies and starry night curtains) as you can see from the pictures.
There is only myself and my 7 years old daughter living in the flat
Our ideal flatmate would be female, friendly, and house proud.
We have a bus stop with connections to Elephant and Castle 1 minute away from the flat and Camberwell and Peckham are reachable with a 5 minutes walk.
Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, large bathtub and of course WiFi.
The room is available from the 6th of January
