Double room in friendly 5-bed house share, SE5

Hello! We have one double room in our five-bedroom house available. The room is spacious and light, with lots of storage space. The house is big, with a huge kitchen, a large living room and a courtyard garden.

We are four housemates (3 girls, 1 guy), between 23 and 29, working in fashion, software, environmental politics and healthcare. We’re all very easy-going and independent people who like hanging out while we’re in. Ideally, we’d like to find someone who is a similar age to us, who likes to have fun and is sociable, clean and courteous. We also have a wonderful cat called Coco.

The rent is £500 before bills (which are around £70-£100/month). The room comes with a bed and chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is located a 15 minute walk from Camberwell Green and a 10 minute walk from Peckham Rye station.

Viewings will be on the 19th (afternoon and evening) and 20th (evening) July. Let us know a bit about you – who you are, what you do, which day/time you’d be available to pop round.
