Short-term let in friendly houseshare

We are four professionals living in a large terraced house in Camberwell. We are looking for someone to take one of the rooms until the end of the year, as our friend is sadly moving out into a place he bought outside of London (betrayal!)

We are looking for someone who will enjoy being part of the house, especially as another lockdown is coming up. We all enjoy spending time together outside of work, often revolving around cooking and eating.

Some of us are going into the office a few days a week, but mostly we are working from home in the dining room.
There is a lot of space in the house so WFH has been fine - we make sure the communal areas go back to being relaxed and non-work in the evenings!

The house itself is three storey, has a large living room/dining area, terraced garden, two toilets, one shower and one bath.

A bit about your room: large furnished double, chez long, built-in wardrobes, drawers etc. and space for a desk if you have one.
