The two real selling points of the flat are the living room and location. Living room is huge, with two big sofas, an armchair and a large window overlooking a shared garden outside. The flat is located about five minutes walk from the centre of Camberwell, so all the supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants and bus stops you could ever want are 3-8 minutes walk away. Buses are the main sort of transport to and from Camberwell, but we are also 10 minutes walk from Denmark Hill and 13 minutes from Loughborough Junction.
Two of the guys work full time. One is in software development and the other's in student services at a music university. I'm a physics PhD student. We like films, photography, music, books and going to the pub. Looking for a likeminded easygoing flatmate to join the flat.
