Lovely double room (for single person) available from 24th February 2020 in a 3 bedrooms, fully renovated, victorian house in Camberwell a stone thrown from Burgess Park, in a very quiet, residential area with lots of shops and community places nearby. 24hr 10mins bus ride to Elephant & Castle. 

The house is really well looked after, with a living room split between tv / sofa area and a little studio to work and play music. Fully fitted kitchen with all possible appliances and crockery you could imagine and a large table to eat and work, cellar with lots of storage space and a nice back garden for BBQs in the summer. All rooms are fitted with double glazing providing excellent insulation.


Rent is £775 p/m plus 1 month rent deposit via DPS, with additional £100(approx) for bills and utilities (council tax, internet, water, gas, electricity, fortnightly cleaner)


Our preference is for someone that is friendly, easy going and tidy.


A bit about us: Ale, 33 works as a Producer in Marketing and Creative Agencies, Italian originally from Rome has been living in the UK for 10 years. Cisco, 35 work as a Sound/Recording Engineer and Touring Tech, was born in Colombia half Spanish and has been living in London for 9 years.


We both love music, go to gigs and share a laugh, a meal and a Netflix night in whenever we can but are also respectful of each other’s space and privacy.
