The room: A beautifully sunny, great sized double, furnished with bed and wardrobe. Is on the ground floor.
The house: big and beautiful, loads of light, large kitchen & seperate living rooms, courtyard garden big enough for bbqs. The bathroom is incredible!
You'd be living with late twenties/ early thirties ladies. Super fun, like cooking, socialising, a glass of wine and the aforementioned bbqs.
Availability: 16th August (can be flexible) to 10th October.
Location: Fantastic location in Camberwell, 8 mins walk from the Green with all it's shops, pubs and great restaurants. 15mins to Oval, also walkable to Brixton and good bus links in to central London (direct to Paddington in about 45mins).
Rent: £690 a month. Bills are £82.97 a month including fast Internet.
