Double room available in Camberwell

Hello! We are two easy-going flatmates who will have a spare room in our flat available from the 13th of October (flexible). The flat is pretty chilled so ideally suited for a young professional - no couples permitted, unfortunately. We're usually out and about, occasionally hosting friends for dinners or games nights. We're both into film/TV, gaming, sport, music and food and we work in the heritage and hospitality industries.

The room available is a good size double room on the 1st floor, at the back of a Victorian Mansion block. Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk.

Flat is non-smoking. Behind the block is a communal garden and bike lock-ups with a security gate.

We're 2 mins walk from a small CoOp, and 7/8 mins from Camberwell centre where there is a big Morrisons, Lidl, Turkish Food Centre, and loads of great places to eat and drink. Southwark also do free gym and swim for residents, which you can take advantage of at Camberwell Leisure Centre (-10 mins walk). Myatt's Field, Ruskin, Kennington and Burgess parks all within walking distance.

Good travel links:
Tube: 10min walk or short bus ride to Oval for Northern line. 10min bus ride to Vauxhall for Victoria line
Overground: See above for Vauxhall; 20min walk or 10min bus for Denmark Hill; and 15-20min walk to Loughborough Junction.
Plenty of major cycle superhighways nearby too.
