Big, bright double in beautiful Camberwell flat

Large and bright double room in a beautiful, spacious flat. Ground floor flat in a handsome late Victorian block, close on foot to three lovely parks as well as to shopping, a pool, a gym, and plenty of good pubs and food in Camberwell Green. Good bus connections nearby, some from outside the front door, in addition to an easy walk to Oval station.

The room was redecorated and re-carpeted a year ago. It has a double bed, a desk & desk chair, an armchair, and ample storage space. There is also a wardrobe area in the hall's built-in cupboards. Shared access to a good-sized bathroom and a large, well equipped kitchen. The flat has secondary glazing and a recently replaced boiler and radiators. Outside, there's secure access to an area for bikes and a residents' paved garden.

I'm 30 and a primary school teacher. I recently moved to a school in Harrow, only occasionally spending time at the flat at weekends and during school holidays. Your fulltime flatmate would be Natalia, who's been living here since July, and the puppy who will be bringing joy to her and your life from late December. If I'm not entirely swamped by work, there will be some periods when the flat is shared between 3 of us rather than 2. There's definitely space for this, though: previously I've lived here alongside two couples. Bills were £45-55 a month (before gas hikes) shared between 2, so will be less shared between 3.

As Natalia is a student, finishing her arts degree, we're ideally looking for another student, to simplify council tax. We're keen to find someone who values a mostly quiet life and a clean home.
