Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for replacement tenant(s) to occupy a spacious double room in a beautiful two bedroom maisonette in Camberwell.

About the room:
The room benefits from two built in wardrobes, and a super comfy queen sized bed. There is also ample space to fit a desk and small sofa.

The flat:
High ceilings and large bay windows allow lots of natural sunlight and give the flat a wonderful, airy feel. The kitchen has plenty of storage, gas hobs, oven and dishwasher. There is a separate living room which is perfect for entertaining (when times allow) or relaxing after a long day. The flat also has a study which is shared with the other housemates and is great for homeworking. And the best part?- a large, private south- facing garden with mature cherry, apple and pear trees and lawn for barbecues and sun-bathing in summer.

Location:
The flat is located a short walk away from Brixton village, with its numerous restaurants, coffee shops and vibrant night life.

Loughborough Junction station is a 9 minute walk away and will get you to Blackfriars in less than 20 minutes (perfect for those who work in the City). Brixton and Stockwell stations are a 18-20 minute walk away with access to the 24 hour Victoria and Northern lines respectively.

Housemates:
You would be sharing the flat with a lovely, sociable couple from Spain and India who work in fitness.

Bills:
Council tax, broadband, water, gas and electricity.

Flexible move in date, ideally before May 1st.
