Short-term: Flatmate for 3-bed Camberwell flat

I'm looking for someone to take my room in our little Camberwell home whilst I'm in Berlin for a few months.

The flat is located in Camberwell, near Loughborough Junction, which is 15 minutes walk to Brixton, and about 10 to the centre of Camberwell / Denmark Hill, 15 mins to Peckham. The room is in a three bedroom flat on the top floor of a nice 1960’s block. We are pretty self contained being the very top corner, and that means friendly neighbours on just on one side and below.

The room itself is a medium double, which has lots of storage (2 wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, a desk, , shelves etc). It also has some space under the bed for storage and comes with a pull down blind so no need for furniture.

The flat has a good sized living room, where we like to enjoy watching TV on Sunday evenings together on the huge sofa! We also have a separate kitchen, which has enough space for all three of us to be in there at the same time cooking, and a large table. The bathroom is small but functional, with a shower and bath.

You’d be living with the lovely Laura (33) and Charlie (28), who both work in graphic design. We are friendly, fun, clean and love a pint in the sun, music and art. We’ve enjoyed a flat which has an excellent level of both privacy and joint fun. Chatting in the kitchen, watching a good mix of films, documentaries and the occasional really trashy TV show, and having friends over for drinks and dinner. We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to share our home with.
