The flat is located within a quiet council development and is less than 5 mins walking from major shops and supermarkets such as: Lidl, Co-op, Tesco, Morrisons, Poundland, Holland & Barrett, Superdrugs ecc..
The vicinity is also full of really good takeaways and restaurants from Caribbean, Chinese, Italian, African south American and much more.
There are plenty of off licenses and one just a min walk from the flat, and plenty of electronic and pound shops.
The flat is a less than 10 mins walk from the big Ruskin Park, ideal for running, cycling, work out and watching sunsets on a warm day.
The King's College Hospitals is really close too.
There are plenty of pubs ready to enjoy under different circumstances :)

THE FLAT
The flat is 4 bedrooms, on the top floor, modern and newly refurbished.

Close bus stops are about 4 mins walk with buses reaching central London, Brixton and rest of South London.

The current flatmates are really clean and quiet and enjoy tranquillity as well as dinner all together.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
The expenses for cleaning products and various bits and pieces are shared between all the flatmates.

NEW FLATMATES
The new flatmates must have a good eye for tidiness and a sense of respect.

BILLS
