Light, secure and spacious flat in Camberwell

We're a couple of professionals, one in advertising and one in food, looking for someone to share our space with.

The space is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Camberwell, in a modern (very new) block, on the 4th floor. Full floor-to-ceiling windows Combined living room dining kitchen area with generously sized rooms and a large balcony. Including bike lock storage below.

The room itself is a spacious double room, loads of light with basic furnishings (inc. desk). Although feel free to deck out with your own things too. We have our own en-suite so the main bathroom will effectively be yours

We're not looking for any specific type of person, just someone who is up for a laugh, also likes their own space and joins us for the occasional social and is relaxed about sharing with a couple

About us. We're pretty relaxed, love food, walking, lots of red wine, proper coffee and catching up with friends.

We both work from home and in the office. There is plenty of room for three people working. Generally evenings involve cooking, movies, trash/highbrow TV and a book. Weekends. Well all sorts on weekends.

We also have a place in the Lake District and will be moving back and forth from time to time.
