We are Gavin and Bianca, and are looking for two new housemates to join us at our home at Eastlake Road.

Our housemates Bea and Kathleen (and her cat Jubbly) are both moving out.

*THERE ARE TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE: the top floor room is available March 19th and the first floor room is available March 20th *

The lease on the flat is up June 24th and the new tenants would be taking over Bea and Kathleen's respective places on the lease. The new tenants would have to pass refencing checks with the agency.

The top floor room:

A spacious double bedroom, on the top floor, with white walls and wooden floors. The room is at the front of the house and gets the afternoon sun. Comes unfurnished, but the wardrobe is staying.

The first floor room:

A spacious double bedroom, on the first floor, with white walls and grey carpeted floors. The room is at the back of the house and gets the morning sun. Comes unfurnished, but Kathleen is hoping to sell what is in the room currently.

The house:

The house is a large four bedroom Victorian terrace house, spanning three floors and comes with a lovely shared back garden and patio space. There are two bathrooms – both with baths – and a loo downstairs.

The house is semi-furnished and over the years has been decorated by the housemates to make it really feel like a home. We have a big kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, and large sunny living room on the middle floor with fireplace and sofa-bed for guests.

The house has really good connections, with a 5 minute walk from Loughborough Junction Station, which will take you straight into the city and to St Pancras. Also a short walk to Brixton, Camberwell and Denmark Hill Station. Buses go into the city, Shoreditch and Peckham. Plenty of on street parking available - permit required but easy to obtain.

Gavin works in publishing and Bianca manages a local shop. We work a mixture of wfh and the office. We are a chilled out household, who like to cook and chat in the kitchen.

Bills are £100 each per month - including council tax, water, gas, internet and heating - but are currently being reviewed.

We are looking to live with a likeminded professional.
