Double room in a spacious flat in Camberwell!

**I am experiencing a lot of interest in the room! Please bear with me :)**

I am moving out of my current flat and looking for someone to take over my room!

The room comes with a large wardrobe, huge super king bed, and a small bedside table with drawers (although the bottom drawer was broken before I moved in). It has plenty of light, a heater that gets warm quickly in winter.

There's a bathroom and shower with a separate WC. The kitchen/ dining/ living area is open plan, with plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, a dining table that can extend out, as well as a sofa and tv.

All bills are included except WiFi (£9pcm) and council tax (£50- £60pcm). For such a great space, the room is an absolute steal!

There are two other flatmates, both 24 and working full time.

Oval is the nearest tube station, which is a 15 minute walk away, and one stop away from zone one. There are also numerous buses connecting you to central London.

The security deposit is 1 month rent + the holding deposit I paid when I moved in). Available beginning of March
