Friendly, Mature, Non smoking

We are a 5 bedroom house on the city side of camberwell. We are 2 minute from the bus stop which is amazingly connected. The city is 20mins from London city centre.
The house is a great property with a back yard, great for safe bike storage and a washing line. The outside space is like an extra room 6 months of the year.
Burgess park is a stones throw with a tennis club and weekend 5k park runs. There's also 2 great cafes within a 2 minute walk serving great coffee/cake and lunches.
We have a separate living room/sitting room which is large enough to accommodate all.

We are currently looking for 1 new person to move in September 1st 2020. We are open to all but the house is nice and quiet.
As a house hold we recycle and are energy conscious without being ridiculously annoying.
We are 2 British and 2 Italians looking for 1 new clean friendly housemates.
