The whole flat is fully furnished, including all bedroom furniture and a fully kitted-out kitchen / living / dining room (TV, kitchen implements, crockery etc).

We're in a great location – literally just off Walworth Road, directly opposite the entrance to Burgess Park. It’s a two minute walk to the bus stop, with hundreds of buses along the Walworth Road (10 minutes to Elephant & Castle). On foot it’s about 15-20 minutes' walk from Elephant / Kennington tubes or Camberwell Green, where there’s a growing foodie scene with some great restaurants. We’re also within easy reach of restaurants, nightlife and galleries in Peckham and Brixton.

You'll be living with Vicky, a sparky medic in her early thirties. The flat would be ideal for a professional woman who’s sociable and happy to look after the flat (no couples please).

Bills are a flat £100/month, which includes everything from council tax to heating to Netflix. We have scaffolding up outside so our landlord has installed privacy films to my windows, which can be extended if you want.
