Camden, Modern Top Floor Flat, convenient location

We are renting our beloved flat.

Please note that current price does not include bills. All in all with water, electricity, internet, gas, you would be looking at around 2100GBP for the month. This includes a cleaner that will come every two weeks.

The Flat:
Furnished, modern flat with two double bedrooms.
Bedrooms are fairly equally sized and both fit a kingsize bed. (second bedroom was used as a guest bedroom but we can change the setting of the room if needed.)

Modern Bathroom with bathtub.

Modern open plan kitchen.
Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge and Freezer included.

The Sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that allows for two people to comfortabley sleep on.

Balcony/Terrace:
There is a communcal Terrace located between the ground floor and first floor that is shared with two other flats.

Public Transport:
directly on Camden Road - buses 29 and 253 directly leaving in front of the door - very convenient.
Bus 390 leaving around the corner - as a quick connection to St. Pancras (also a 24 minute walk).

Northern Line: Camden Town (14 min walk or bus to it in front of the dooe) & Kentish Town (12 minute walk)

Overground: Camden Road - 9 minute walk (or bus straight at the door)

Picadilly Line: Caledonian Road Station - 17 minute walk

Location:
Conveniently located to go into Camden and Kentish Town.
Tesco Express a 3 minute walk away. And you'll have a bis Sainsburys in Camden Town.
NIce little street with shops on Brecknock Road with post office and some shops a 5 minute walk away.

Please note: pictures are a little older, so some furnishings/decorations have changed but in essence still the same.

Preferred long-term contracts but would consider short term also, would need to review conditions though.

Bills roughly (this is what our current tenant said):
£130 for council tax
£17.95 for talk talk internet
£56 gas and electric with bulb
approx £25-30 for water a month
So around 234gbp
So, 2100 in total approximately, as mentioned with a cleaner included for every two weeks.

This flat is perfect for a flatshare. We only want to rent to one party but would be open to discuss if you wanted to sublet a room (at your own risk and with guarantor possibly).
