I am renting out a double bedroom available for rent in a luxury town house. We live on a quiet, gated mews with plenty of private outdoor space, including our own private garden and a shared recreation area with a basketball hoop and ping-pong table. The mews also allows for free off-street parking if you have a car.

The bedroom stands at 100 sq feet and comes furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair and large wardrobe. The bedroom is located on the first floor, and faces out onto the trees of the private mews. It shares a bathroom with a male lodger who on the other side of the first floor and works in venture capital. The bathroom is brand new and features a walk-in shower, stone tiles with underfloor heating, and a huge sink with storage.

On the ground floor is a massive open-plan kitchen and living room. It has just been renovated and benefits from brand-new, top-end appliances including a huge American-style fridge/freezer, 6-hob stove/oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kitchen includes all flatware, utensils, and pots/pans. There's also a 6-person dining table and a sofa with 55-inch flat-screen TV.

The bedroom rents for £1,100 per month which covers all bills including power/gas, water, council tax, and broadband internet. You will be sharing the house with Tony, a 30 year-old venture capital investor, and Michalis, a 33 year-old banker. I am looking for someone to rent the room on a short-term basis from November until the end of February (shorter or longer lets will not be considered).
