Double Room in 2 bed Camden flatshare

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in mid October - I've been in the flat for almost 6 years now but am relocating to Manchester.

The flat: A good sized two bed with big shared living room in a residential block on a quiet street in Camden. There's plenty of shops/restaurants/pubs nearby and it's only a short walk to Regents Park/Primrose Hill. The flat has great transport links - plenty of buses & it is 5 mins to Mornington Crescent, 10 to Camden Town and 15 to Camden Road/Euston/St Pancras.

The room: Decent sized double at the back of the flat with a big window. I'll be taking the furniture from the pictures with me when I move but it will be furnished with a bed, mattress, beside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers & lamps.

Your flatmate: You'll be sharing with Patrick who is a good friend of mine, so wanting to find someone chilled, friendly and respectful to share with him!

The rent is £867 which includes the heating & hot water only - the rest of the bills usually come to about £110. The landlord is private so there are no agency fees, and deposit a months rent (£850).
