Single Room in Lovely Belsize Park Flatshare

Hello!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely flat in Belsize Park.

Situated in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk from Belsize Park Station on the Northern Line (20 mins to Oxford Circus). It’s less than 15 minutes walk to both Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. It's located on a lovely street just off Haverstock Hill which has the hustle and bustle of restaurants and cafés such as Franco Manca, Gails and a Budgens.

The flat is homely, complete with a cosy kitchen with dishwasher and nice bathroom with a bath / shower.

We’re looking for a friendly young professional who is tidy and clean. We have busy work lives and so the flat is a nice and quiet place to call home, but hope to find people who would become friends and happy to socialise over the occasional glass of wine or morning coffee.

The room is a cosy single room with a double wardrobe, under bed storage and space for a small desk / unit. All bills are included except water which is approximately £60 twice a year. There is street parking available subject to purchasing a permit.
