This is an incredible steal of a room that is as central Camden as you can possibly get! You can get to Euston in a 20 minute walk and your half way between Camden Town, Camden Road and Mornington Crescent Station, all taking about 5 minutes to walk. And the best is that Camden High Street and Camden Market are all on your door step.

The room is a double but could easily fit an even bigger bed and is incredibly roomy as you can see by the photos; there's a sofa, large desk and a tonne of storage space with still a lot of floor space left over! The room has it's own bathroom, albeit across the corridor, but this is for you only which is incredible for this amount of rent. We also have gardens behind our flat, perfect for a sunbathe in the summer and covered secured parking on the ground floor.

Also, until May 2021, this flat will only have 3 people on the lease and not the full 4, meaning the double bedroom next door to you will be spare, perfect for when we can start to have visitors come and stay again!

I bought the majority of the furniture myself when I moved in (as it typically comes unfurnished) but can look to leave a lot here when I move out so very happy to chat further about this.

The flat does not have a living room but has a great kitchen which we tend to chat in and a little space outside the kitchen with a table and bean bags to socialise in. However, seen as you can only socialise with your household at the moment any way, we tend to go to blues kitchen and other pubs a lot as they're so close by! A key thing to note is that this is a veggie/vegan house.

Bills (Water, Council Tax, Electricity, Internet) come to approximately £100 each month on top of rent.
