The room comes with a super king sized bed (massive), built-in wardrobes, additional storage units and a small TV, along with its own ensuite bathroom and large shower cubicle.
There's a shared open-plan lounge / kitchen which includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also a little garden which is nice in summer!
There is an on-site concierge who collects parcels and keeps an eye on things.
Current flatmates are Hannah and Tom, both professionals and up for sharing the space, pub nights, communal dinners and the likes. Hannah has a little cat called Rex who is super friendly, so you’d need to be okay with him 🐈⬛
All bills except water excluded, and they come in at around £90/month.
