Hi all!

We're looking for a housemate (couples welcome!) to join us in our amazing 3 bedroom flat perfectly located in vibrant and fun Camden Town!

The flat is located on the top floor of a secure building with concierge , and includes access to gym and sauna (No more gym fees!), as well as a beautiful roof top terrace with views of central London and Camden Market.

The room is cozy but comfortable for a couple, with an adjacent storage room for suitcases etc.

You will be sharing a large bathroom with only one other person. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and washer / dryer and large living room where the housemates will often gather for drinks, movies or games.

The flat is at the perfect location, right on the famous Camden Market and a short walk to all of Camden's pubs, restaurants and bars, as well as the underground and overground stations and many buses.

We are 3 friendly, sociable and easy going professionals in our mid 20's, and often hangout together at night or weekends, but will also spend time relaxing in our rooms. Ideally we are looking for someone similar.

Rent is £1102 pcm and includes all bills (council tax, electricity, water and high speed wifi), and there is a one off agency fee as well.
