Lovely Double Room Kentish Town

Sadly the time has come for me to leave my lovely room in Camden that has been home for the last year. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better house share and my housemates will be sorely missed.

The flat has 3 people; Elin the Swedish events co-ordinator who will be sure to show you a good time and Tom, with whom one can the nice evening chat and then there's Jim, a software engineer who's quick wit and banter will be sure to keep you entertained.

Flat:
The flat is split across two floors with two bedrooms downstairs and a toilet and upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen/lounge area and the roof terrace.

Transport:
Opposite Kentish Town West Overground
Chalk Farm: 6 minute walk
Kentish Town: 8 minute walk
Camden Town 10 minute walk

Shops:
CostCutter is on our road as well as 2 cafes, a park, a gym
Morrisons supermarket 5 minute walk away

The boring bit:
Rent is 720 per month, bills are approx 50 (gas is included in the rent, electricity is approx 10 p/m, internet 10 p/m, council tax is 30 p/m). The TV license is paid annually and the water bill is paid quarterly.
One months rent is required as a deposit and a one off credit check (30). we deal directly with the landlord so there are no hidden agency fees.
