Hello House Hunters! I'm looking for a sublet for one of the rooms in our large terraced townhouse for December 2021 - January 2022.
About the house:
The house itself is spread over four floors with a shared kitchen, dining room/extra space and living room area downstairs, with a large garden out the back and a terrace on the 1st floor that soaks up the evening sun - a rare find in central London. We also have an office space right next to the garden in the back which is perfect for WFH.
It's located on a road with two great pub/bars each end and also five minutes walk from both Camden Town and Mornington Crescent tube stations/ 20 mins to central by foot so it's super central and easy to get to anywhere.
The current household is 25-31 and our professions range from location scout to marketing with all of us working the usual 9-6 day. We are very fun and outgoing but also understand the importance of privacy as grown-ups.
About the room:
This bright and airy room is located at the front of the house with a large window, a small double bed with loads of storage, and huge in-built cupboards. (I fit 4 large suitcases in this room). The bedroom catches both the morning sun and the glow from the sunset and has an incredible view of the Shard as well.
As well as this, each room has a washbasin and shelving underneath, while there is a separate toilet and shower room as well.
All bills are included in the rent price.
