Camden/Chalk Farm: Double room, great location!

I am moving out and looking to find a nice flatmate to replace me. I cannot recommend this room enough.

Your room & the flat:
Your room is bright and cosy and my favourite feature is the large windows. You will have a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, shelves and a bookshelf. The room is conveniently fresh in the summer and warm in winter and there's also a large heater. It is on a quiet residential street and just a stone's throw from Camden
High Street and Camden market, with plenty of shops available.

We have a spacious living room with 2 sofas and a dining table, coffee table, additional storage, TV and a Wii. The living room overlooks the patio. The large kitchen is one of my favourite features of the house. It has all standard appliances, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, oven, etc. We have a bathroom with a large bath/shower with a detachable head and an additional separate toilet.

The location: The flat is located in Camden with great transport links to central London. The nearest tube station is Chalk Farm, which is a 5 min walk from the flat. Additionally, Kentish Town West overground station is also 5 minutes away, and plenty of buses going to the city centre. Camden Town station is very close as well.
