Large Double in sociable Camden Town house

We have a rare opportunity for someone to join us in a sociable, large house in the heart of Camden Town (but away from the high street). All shops and the tube are a 2 minute walk away.

The room itself is on the top floor with ample storage, a nice view and piece and quiet from the main living room/kitchen area.

Our living room/kitchen is located on the basement level, and is a pretty sociable space with a couple of sofas, dining table and all the kitchen gadgets you could wish for from Nespresso to slow cooker. We tend to hang there quite often as we're all into our football - and Sky Sports/BT Sport is included in your rent!

There are three bathrooms, inc. 2 with showers, which is very convenient in the mornings. However our differing work schedules mean you're never left waiting.

There is also a backyard/court situated out the back, but it's quite small and doesn't catch much sun in all honesty.

As you can imagine, for such as steal of a price, the place could do with a refurb. However any issues are generally quickly resolved by the letting agents, and they tend to give us no bother.

We also have a regular cleaner to ensure the place is kept in good order.

All we ask of you is that you're employed, respectful in the week, and are ready to do you bit to keep the place clean and tidy. We're all in our late twenties/early thirties so someone of that age would be great.

Feel free to have friends etc. round whenever you fancy, and make use of the spare room should they wish to stay over.
