Room available in luxury flat with balcony overlooking the Tower Bridge - probably one of the best views in London.

Rent includes cleaner who comes twice a week to clean communal areas but can be extended to laundry and ironing if required.

The room comes with access to a roof garden (which can be rented out for parties). There is also a communal gym, but access will be sporadic for short term lets as you need a personal access card.

Washing machine, dishwasher, underfloor heating, aircon in lounge.

Parking available but extra (circa 100 per month). FYI I ticket the en-suite button as you have your own bathroom and it isn't shared with me, but technically it is across the corridor.

I'm a founder in a tech startup so currently working most of the time but am quite social when the opportunity arises. Hollie, who shares my room, is also a founder of an AI recruitment startup. Happy for you to have people back, just try and keep things out on the balcony if we're trying to sleep and we will do likewise (not that we get out much these days).
