Double bedroom available in a modern new-build townhouse in a luxury complex in Canada Water, with concierge, building maintenance, rooftop garden, tennis court, gym, cafe and residents lounge all included.

It is a one minute walk from Canada Water tube station and Sainsburys. It’s a 5 minute walk from a large Tesco’s and Surrey Quays shopping centre.

Canada Water in general is a super nice and quiet area, with cafes and restaurants nearby (including the famous Hawker House - great for a chill Saturday evening!)

The house is incredibly charming, clean and well kept. Myself and the other girls who have lived here have taken great care of it, so it’s as if it’s new! The kitchen is well equipped, there is ample storage and a separate cupboard for a washer/dryer.

The bedroom is spacious, bright and very clean, with furniture in fantastic condition, spotlights, under-floor heating and a large window overlooking the canal. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl (never been an issue) and there is also a downstairs bathroom.

The monthly rent does not include bills, but bills are very affordable due to the townhouse being a new-build and therefore energy efficient.

The contract is flexible - the building caters to young professionals flatsharing, so contracts are written with this in mind - very easy to switch out of it should your circumstances change!

I will be moving out to be closer to work, as I’m changing jobs, but it’s been a lovely home to be a part of. The other flatmates are very respectful, friendly and clean. We are all young professional women in consulting/finance, so quite busy and out of the house often, but everyone is up for a chat when they’re home (or if you want your own space, that’s also totally respected.)

If you would like a peaceful home to come home to after work, this is the place for it. It’s not a party apartment, and no one smokes.

Rent is £900 pcm and it is available from 1 December.* Please note we’d prefer a female flatmate.

*One of my flatmates is moving out Jan 1st. Her room is exactly the same layout and furniture, so if you need something for later than Dec, this may also be arranged :)
