Flat Share 900 pounds pcm

Hi there!

I am moving out of this flat to move in with a friend who has moved over from Ireland starting January 1st.

The room:: the room is a double bedroom in a townhouse in Canada Water, for 900PCM. All of the furniture shown in the pictures comes with the room. Bills total around 100 PCM (council tax, wifi, cleaner, heat, electricity). The house is 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 1 WC, so you will be sharing a bathroom with just one other person.

The house:
- the house was built in November 2018, so everything is brand new, and all the furniture is very high quality and stylish
- ground floor: big lounge, WC, big storage room where we put all of our shoes and sports equipment
- second floor: kitchen and dining area, overlooking the lounge. There is also a balcony that looks out onto the front of the home (over a little stream of water)
- third floor: Joana & (Rawan's replacement rooms) and their bathroom and storage area
- fourth floor: Sophie & your room, your shared bathroom, storage room, and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer)
- the building also has a residents gym, residents lounge, a coffee shop (mousetail), a rooftop garden including a rooftop basketball/tennis/football pitch, shared with Decathlon

About us:
Sophie (25, strategy consultant), Rawan (25, consultant), Joana (24, finance) It is a very friendly and bubbly household. They love doing the occasional night out or grabbing dinner nearby and try to have dinner as a house every once a while. We watched a lot of Netflix / movies together, and we also love chatting over a pot of tea! Sometimes we go to the gym together or play tennis on the rooftop! We all have people over from time to time, but we try not to intrude on each others space, and we are always very tidy

The area: Canada Water is such a lovely area. Our home is just 2 minutes walk from Canada Water Station. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars (Canada Water Cafe, Hawker House, Plough Way Cafe, Cafe East, etc). There is a Sainsbury's local right next to the station, and a big Tesco just 5 minutes walk away.
