Cozy Double room in Canada water

Hello,

we have a lovely double room for one person available from the Middle March - in a nice, super clean, cozy, friendly house to share with garden, very close to Canada Water and Rotherhithe overground station.
Shared large kitchen and living room with sofa area and dining table, 1 large fridge freezers, lots of storage space, the house has a good-sized garden where you can enjoy.
The Bathroom is shared only with one person, the house is divided in 3 floors, for us is very important live in a clean tidy and harmonious environment, so we always try to keep a friendly and loving atmosphere in the house.
The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and an Ikea wardrobe, all bills are included.
The flat is located 5 minutes walk to Canada water tube station, 5 minutes walk to the river, many buses.

The house is located 10 minutes walking from the Surrey Quays shopping centre, closer than that there is a Sansbury at Canada water station, the area is green and allows you to reach the Southwark Park and The Russia dock park with the small lakes close by.

Minimum stay 2 month, £700 required as a deposit, available for one person only, no couples.
