Hello:) I'm going to leave, so I'll introduce the property.

The current flatmates are Italian photographer, Portuguese barista,
Japanese landlord and myself, all 4 women.
The flat is divided into a toilet and a bath (there is also a bathtub).
The shower has just been renewed, has good pressure, and the temperature is appropriate.

It is a 5-minutes walk from both Zone2's Canada Water and Rotherhithe stations.

Many families live in this area. There is no worry about crime.

There is a shopping centre for about 7 minutes on foot and everything is available. Tesco is a large store open from morning till late at night.

The flat is always clean, so we are looking for those who like cleanness and love cats.
The minimum contract is 6 months.
£595 is included all bills. (wifi, electric, council tax etc..)

I am considering moving in late April, but I can adjust before and after.
