Double room in modern flat- (female only)

Hi :)

We have a large double room available in our homely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey flat. (Female only)

The flat is close to both Canada Water station and Rotherhithe overground station and buses which stop right outside the flat.

When we’re all home we like to chill together, watch films etc and covid-permitting go out for dinner/drinks. Equally we like to do our own thing and respect each other’s space and privacy so we’re looking for someone who likes to hang out together but also has their own social life.

We both work 9-5, Mon-fri, and due to covid this can vary between going in or working from home.
We both like to keep fit and healthy but equally love to eat! I

The room is a good size double, fully furnished with wardrobe, dressing table and access to the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms so you’ll be sharing with one other.
The flat is really spacious and homely, with a large living/dining room, large kitchen and access to tennis courts (included in the rent).

Rent is £725pm and bills are roughly £100pm on top. Room is available from 1st November but can be flexible up to 1st December.

We’d prefer face-to-face viewings but can do virtual if needed.
