Hi,

I am currently living in the flat but want to rent it out. It is a new build 1 bedroom flat with spacious living room, open plan kitchen, nice large balcony and modern bathroom. It takes a few minutes to walk to either Canada Water (Jubilee) tube/overground station or Surrey Quays overground station. Big Tesco and Sainsbury's local in a few minutes walk, Nisa Local only within 2mins, and there are nice local cafes and restaurants nearby. Most importantly, huge woodland park is just behind the flat block and Greenland Dock/Thames River is around the corner. If you want to go for a run or walk, you have all you need around the flat.

I am planning to move into my partner's house who is based in Cambridge as now I can work from home 100%.(no need to be in London....). Ideally, I'd like to try to rent the flat out max for a few months and see how it goes, then want to decide to continue renting it out or not...
