Housemate wanted to stay in this very large double bedroom in our detached house set alongside the Albon canal, a household shared with 3 friendly and respectful housemates. If you are looking for a clean and well organised home then this is perfect!!

The house is in a cul de sac meaning it’s very quiet. It’s a sought after area. It is in very close proximity to tube stations. It is a 5 min walk to Canada Water station along the canal and a 15 min walk to Surrey Quays. The area is developing at a fast rate and there are many local cafes and restaurants..

The room is located on the first floor, has plenty space, an ample sized desk area and a large recently painted window and wall looking out onto the garden.

There is a cosy reception area located on the ground floor as well

The house stands at 4 storeys high, and has a garden which is completely secluded and has plenty of space and sitting area. It also has a parking space at the front of the house. The kitchen is large and has a dishwasher, two fridges and boasts plenty of storage space. The washing machine comes with a dryer. In total there are 3 toilets and 2 showers (including 1 toilet and 1 shower in the en suite room) shared among 4 lodgers.

Lodgers demands are responded to promptly. There will be a standard 1 month rent, 1 month deposit and reference is requested.
