-3 bathrooms (one on each floor, only share with one other person!)

Christèle - fashion designer - currently working from home most of the week
We are a social household that like to hang out when we are available and do things together, especially relaxing together in the garden on a sunny day, popping out for a pizza and watching TV series on the projector.
We also love to cook together, although usually not on a weekday. We do have a nut allergy and a vegan person in the house, but there are no restrictions on what you can prepare in the kitchen - we just ask that you are mindful.
We have enjoyed a variety of successful feasts together, including Ramen nights, Korean BBQ and Ottolenghi spectaculars
At the same time, we also respect and appreciate each other’s space and different routines/quiet times, especially as all of our jobs can have their intense moments. The ideal housemate would be someone who is happy to get involved when they have the time.
We share expenses such as food essentials, (oils, spices, cleaning products etc) and any new furniture, but you don’t have to be involved with this if it doesn’t float your boat.
Location: The house is situated in a gated community with beautiful gardens. We are also very near a park and a nature reserve, so it feels like a little patch of the countryside in the middle of London. However we do have lots of attractions nearby, such as Greenland Docks, Rotherhithe Village, Surrey Docks Farm, Southwark Park and the Hilton Docklands, which has a ferry that can get you to Canary Wharf in about two minutes.
We are also just 2 mins walk from the Thames path, with views of Canary Wharf, lots of places to walk on the beach of the river and take in the surroundings!
Lots of nearby pubs, all of which serve a great variety of food. (Blacksmith Arms, The Salt Quay, Mayflower & The Moby Dick to name a few!). The Deliveroo offer is pretty decent as well…
Shops: Tesco Extra 20min walk, Co-Op 8 min walk, corner shop less than 1 min.
Transport: Canada Water (jubilee/overground), Rotherhithe (overground) & Surrey Quays (overground) all 20 mins walk away with quick links to central London - only two stops to London Bridge.
C10 right outside as well as 381 which is a 3 min walk away (also a night bus from central!)
Lots of well-maintained cycle paths which can connect you to Central and SE London with ease.
