- Our landlord is great and always helpful

Who we are:

You’ll be sharing the flat with two fun sociable flatmates in their mid-thirties but even younger at heart ;). We are both fairly busy professionals but always up for a chat and enjoy healthy eating and sport, swimming or climbing together every now and again.

Maddie is working in architecture, Zita brand designer. We both love anything fitness and design related, whether it is food or a new curtains. Maddie will be office-based, I'm predominantly working from home. We would love someone who would treat the flat as their home and who is up for an occasional drink on the terrace. :)

Location/commute:

- 5 minutes walk from Surrey Quays station (Shoreditch 15mins)
- 10-12 mins walk from Canada Water (big Tesco + London Bridge 20mins)
- 2 minutes away from Greenland Pier (Canary Wharf one stop)
- There is also a bus stop behind the flat.
- Tesco Extra just behind us, also a nice Italian Deli (hot chocolate is insane).

Gym:
Everyone active gym/water sports centre just in front of the building. 7mins walk there is a swimming pool in their other branch close by. Southwark local park-run nearby, nice running routes with views of Canary Wharf leading into the Ecological Park.

In winter the dock freezes over and you can watch the seagulls land on their ass as they skid across the dock.
