We are seeking a new housemate for our three-bedroom, three-story house in SE16, conveniently located just a 5-8 minute walk from Canada Water & Surrey Quays Stations. About the Room:
- Spacious, well-lit bedroom on the second floor.
- Custom wardrobe.
-The room is large enough for you to arrange your furniture as you prefer, and it comes with a generous desk.
- All bills, including council tax, are covered in the £985 per month rent.

House Features:
- Recently upgraded to fiberoptic internet for a seamless online experience.
- Green thumbs are welcome to enjoy gardening in the front and back garden, complete with a composter.
- Optional car parking space available for an additional £75 per month.

Your Housemates:
- Our current residents consist of a man and a woman in their early 30s, along with one small female outdoor cat.
- Professionals in the creative and academic sectors.
- We enjoy socializing, watching TV together, and share interests in reading, tea-drinking, skating, fitness, visiting art galleries, and relishing big-screen cinema experiences.
- Early risers (6:30-7:30am) and maintain a quiet environment in the evenings (from 9:30-10 pm onwards).

We are looking for a housemate who:
- Shares similar interests and is eager to socialize with the household.
- Is a non-smoker.
- Enjoys the company of animals and respects the cat's presence.
- Prioritizes cleanliness and quiet living.
- Has a 9-5 job or a similar schedule.
- Prefers a long-term stay (1 year+).
