New tenant will have sole use of the main bathroom. Bills are about 200 a month each including cleaner. Must pass agency checks. To move in between 11 and 27 August, the earlier the better.
Would like someone clean and tidy, preferably a professional who doesn't party a lot at home. Very loud music is generally not ok because of neighbour complaints. Pets sadly not allowed.
