I’m away for 4 months and seeking someone to take over a room in a spacious and well situated flat. Can be a bit flexible on rent periods if needed. Available from start of May.

The available room is a spacious double with access to a shared balcony. The family bathroom is yours exclusively. The lounge and kitchen are shared but are spacious, with a large flat screen TV. The room and flat are furnished.

This is a two-bedroom flat and is located in a new build in Canada Water, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station with the jubilee line and the overground.

Canary Wharf 5 mins
London Bridge 5 mins
Waterloo/ Westminster 10 mins
Green park 15 mins
Shoreditch High Street 12 mins

It’s a really lovely area, we are right by a large ecological park where you can escape London for a bit, Southwark Park is less than 10 mins away. Right on the canal which is a great place to walk or jog, and less than 10 mins to the River Thames. Big Tesco is 5 mins away, and there is a lovely big library just round the corner too. Sainsburys and Co-Op a 3-5 min walk away.

The flat comes with all amenities - a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, oven, and underfloor heating.

Situated in a new-build apartment, the building has a 24x7 concierge. It’s a gated complex and very safe.

All bills are included, including a fortnightly cleaner and council tax.

You will have one roommate. He is a 32 year old gay man who works from home 1 or 2 days a week. He’s regularly out in the evenings but occasionally has a couple of friends over the socialise. He is a great flat mate - considerate and clean.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and clean. Someone who is happy to socialise a bit but also respects personal space and boundaries.
