A two bed house that is light and spacious with a sunny south facing garden, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. The garden is perfect for relaxing in over the summer months, with herbs and vegetables growing and a grape vine over the pergola. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard and includes: large flat screen TV, fibre broadband, dishwasher, smart thermostat, new boiler, Netflix, Amazon, etc. I have free parking available for people who want to drive in from outside of London. A cleaner comes every two weeks. All other bills are included in the rental amount.
