Hi, I’m very reluctantly looking to move (due to work commitments) I’m looking for somebody to take over my contract in this stunning, large double bedroom in Island Gardens.

The room is generously spaced and is the biggest in the property, it has a bed, wardrobe and set of drawers provided; and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen which has a lovely breakfast bar.

All communal areas - bathroom, hall, kitchen, are cleaned once every 9 days. All bills are included with super fast WiFi.

There is access from the bedroom onto the balcony which boasts breathtaking views of Greenwich, The City of London and Canary Wharf.

The building (Langbourne Place) is a fantastically private and quiet small complex with a 24h concierge and brilliant transport links - a bus stop right outside will take you in 15 minutes to Canary Wharf where there is access to the Jubilee Line, and the Crossharbour ASDA is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. Mudchute DLR station is a 5 minute walk away with links to Bank, Lewisham and Tower Gateways stations.

I am very sad to be leaving as the flatmates are incredibly nice and polite, and the area is incredibly quiet yet within less than half an hour of Central London and there is fantastic green space- Millwall and Mudchute Park are within minutes walking distance, and there are plenty of local stores, restaurants and takeaways.
