First of all I'm looking to rent the room from the 15th of February.
I'd like to find someone not working from home.
I'm a 38 years old data scientist, very easy going. I had multiple flatmates over the years both males and females and everything always went well.
The apartment has 2 nice double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The room I'm renting is a nice ensuite with a super king bed. No room for a desk unfortunatly.
The bed is very comfy (it has a mattress topper for even more comfort 😌)
The apartment is well furnished (65 inch TV, toaster, juicer, kettle, Thermomix, espresso machine etc...)
The flat is in a new built residence located a minute walk away from Langdon Park DLR Station.
(who gets you in 7min to Stratford and 5min to Canary Wharf)
There is a Nissa Local and a daily market located 1min walk from the residence.
The flat is equipped with ultra fast fibre optic internet (1Gbps)
The flat is on the 15th floor with a balcony providing a beautiful view on Canary Wharf's skyline.
The residence has a Gym, a lounge and a nice rooftop overlooking the City, Stratford and Canary Wharf.
